To create your free trial site, you must read and agree to this free trial license agreement.

We wrote this license agreement in plain English, and we kept it short, so you can actually read it before you click the "I agree" button at the bottom of the page. This will answer some important questions about how the sites work, so it is worth taking the time to go through!

Terms
Here's a short summary of the five basic rules. You'll be asked to agree to a more detailed version when you sign up for a paid account:

1. If you don't pay, you'll lose your account.
2. No profanity, illegal or sexually explicit material. Only coaching web sites are allowed. We have the right to tell you when you've crossed the line.
3. The content we've provided on this site belongs to us. You may not take it and use it elsewhere for yourself, a friend or to sell.
4. If you start sending spam (unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail) from your domain, you'll lose your account.
5. Once you sign up, you'll be billed automatically from then on to keep your site active. You can cancel at any time.

Restrictions

1. While we will do our best to maximize up-time, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
2. We provide no promotional services other than hosting your site, and make no guarantees of the success of your site in garnering customers, hits or search engine listings.
3. Illegal or sexually explicit content as well as profanity are prohibited. Only professional coaching web sites are allowed. We reserve the sole right to determine when a site crosses the line and becomes offensive. Owners of sites which do not meet our criteria may be asked to change their sites, or may have their accounts terminated.
4. While we will do our best to keep you informed, price or features may change without notice.

Intellectual Property
The copy, photos, documents, templates and other content we provide to our subscribers remain the property of Web Coaching Solutions. You may not take site materials (including templates, photos and copy) or any portion of your site that was originally provided by Web Coaching Solutions, either to set up your site elsewhere, sell or transfer any of this content to any third party, or for any other use. In other words, if you upload your own photos or write all your own text they are yours; but anything you get from Web Coaching Solutions remains our property.
